Yoga for Every BODY

Yoga for Every-body is a class safe & accessible for all bodies (shapes, sizes, ages, genders) to practice different forms of yoga. Each week will be a little different. Mostly focusing on deep mind- body connection through movement and breath. These classes will most likely be slow paced and include sound healing at the end.
