Why?
Finding awareness across all states of consciousness.
You will be guided to a state of deep relaxation while maintaining awareness- -conscious and subconscious. This limbo between wakefulness and sleep is called the Hypnagogic State, relaxed in high beta and alert and low detla brain waves.
Where we can unwind, rewire, & witness, subconscious beliefs and sensations in the body without attaching judgment, defense, or the need to analyze.
Instead we learn to meet discomfort and distraction with curiosity, compassion, calm and as a way to strengthen your practice.
